超聲所見

The Ultrasound Examination reveals the following.

頸部淋巴結：雙側頸部未見長大淋巴結

Cervical Lymph Node: No grown lymph node is found on either side of the neck.

 

甲狀腺：甲狀腺右側葉前后徑約16mm，上下徑約42mm，左右徑約15mm；左側葉前后徑約14mm，上下徑約37mm，左右徑約14mm；峽部厚約2mm。甲狀腺實質回聲減弱、不均勻，呈結節感，峽部查見大小約4x2x3mm的無回聲結節，邊界清楚，形態規則，內未見明顯血流信號。CDFI：腺體未見異常血流信號。

Thyroid Gland：The right lobe is with anteroposterior diameter about 16mm, axial diameter about 42mm and transverse diameter about 15mm; the left lobe is with anteroposterior diameter about 14mm, axial diameter about 37mm and transverse about 14mm; and the isthmus is with thickness about 2mm. The echo of the thyroid parenchymal is reduced and uneven, indicating nodules. The isthmus shows no echo nodules about 4x2x3mm in size, boundary clear, shape regular, and with no obvious blood flow signal inspected. CDFI: No abnormal blood flow signal is inspected in the glands.
